Shipping Policy 

Product items that have been ordered and paid for will be shipped after 4-7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number verifying shipment.

Please note that if Customs charges occur, the buyer is 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for any customs charges. The process of customs clearance is not within our control and may therefore prolong the duration of delivery.

 

 

Order Issues

If you have any problems with your order (i.e. orders are not received, etc.), please do not hesitate to contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue promptly.

 

 

Returns / Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with each purchase. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you are not satisfied with your order. Due to the nature of our products, returns are processed on an exchange basis. However, we may accommodate refunds if the product is returned due to a damage or defect, or in the unlikely event of an allergic reaction. Do note that in order to receive an exchange or refund, you will have to reach out to us within 14 days of purchase and there must be 50% or more of the product left within the product container in order to qualify.

If a product arrives broken or damaged, please provide a photograph as proof of damage/defect and we will happily send a replacement.

Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. And International orders that are not claimed and returned back to us will not be entitled to a shipping refund, however, a refund amounting to the cost of product/s purchased will be issued instead.

HHG is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to HHG.
